Even though the sibling has short stature too with no periods but the doctors didnt do any tests as their parents were distantly related by blood so they thought that caused some chromosonal genetic problems but
Did above tests finally figured out 15+years later after here periods started in high school the reason for no periods after started then once again in 2008 and till now nothing as you said not pitiuary but reason causing no periods is thyroids so after these tests are done should she take armour thyroid as wants natural thyroid.

No doctors ever diagnosed thyroid since this persons mother used to have blod clots, weight loss, brain fog, weakness, underweight.Even this persons sibling at 21 has no periods regularly.
From birth there were few other symptoms of this person like short stature, squint, small hands, legs, swelling like lower body, large forehead(all operated corrected stature, eyes so not noticeable except weight gain on lower belly). All kinds of chromosal genetic testing done it came back negative for any other conditions except thyroid which was self diagnosed as doctors were saying everything was alright.
This person after periods started in high school for years there was no periods again it happened again naturally under stressful conditions at holiday abroad in 2008 and still no periods.Just WHITE DISCHARGE MONTHLY.This was solved by having alternate medicine natural remedy syrup to start periods. This person is virgin in 30s so not sexual active so stds etc are ruled out too except thyroid issues.

Unfortunately, the only one of those tests that has anything to do with thyroid is TSH; the others are all reproductive hormones, not thyroid hormones.
Your TSH is within the lab's reference range, but the lab is using an outdated range... Using the range given, you are neither hyper, nor hypo... In my own opinion, you could very well, be a bit hypo, depending on symptoms...
In order to tell whether you are hyper or hypo, you need to have the actual thyroid hormone levels tested. The tests you need are Free T3 and Free T4. You might also want to consider getting tested for thyroid antibodies, as well to determine if you have Hashimoto's. Those tests would be Thyroid Peroxidase Antibodies (TPOab) and Thyroglobulin Antibodies (TgAb)...
Ask for Free T3, Free T4, TPOab and TgAb. When you get those results, post them here and we can tell your thyroid status.
